E G Entry 7

^^Are there any settings in this novel which you have found to be beautiful? or disturbing? or memorable? describe these settings and comment on why they were meaningful to you.

The first few pages of the beginning of the book were very confusing and frustrating.Because I just started reading this book and it talked about the monitors, the third and his brother being tested out impossible for something.
I honestly thought," Ah~,” I don't want to read this book," because it wasn't any interesting material to read, but later on I found out what they meant.
I hope the beginning would start from easier understanding of the future that characters live in.

I feel you!! At first, I too had a hard time understanding the story. It was too confusing to understand the story on the first two to three chapters, but later as I read, it made sense and everything connected. When I finished the book, I found out that the book was really enthuastic and fun. There were many things to learn too.

You are right never judge the book by it's cover. You know you need to read the till the middle in order to know rather is exciting or boring.

I really wanted you and all those who commented to be more explicit in why you didn't like the novel. Ender's Game is difficult to understand initially when the setting is being painted. Mrs.Mc.
